Joanna has a wide range of experience in resource management, environmental and local government law.
Joanna has particular experience in:
- Acting for a range of clients, including individuals, developers, and government departments, in relation to resource consent applications, designations, plan changes and prosecutions under the RMA
- Appearing on behalf of clients before district and regional councils and the Environment Court and representing clients in mediation
- Advising on various aspects of local government and resource management law
- Due diligence for the environmental aspects of property and commercial transactions.
